Have you ever wanted to snack in a one-piece dessert? Not an entire cake, as we are all aware of the temptation of finishing it up as soon as possible and feel guilty for the next 2 weeks.
Or are you the type who has always desired to bake desserts but never really have the time and confidence to learn and make anything? Well, fear no more, for the next couple of weeks, I will be sharing with you some of the microwave and in-a-mug recipes that I have experienced. Yes, that’s right, super easy to make, takes up 5 to 10 minutes of your time with easy to find ingredients.

This week, I will share with you how to make 1.5min chocolate cake, have tested and succeed. Indulge yourself with this moist, buttery chocolate mug for a lazy weekend 😉
You will need:
3 Tablespoons Plain Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder (Optional)
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Caster Sugar (more or less)
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 small Egg
2 Tablespoons Oil
2 Tablespoons Milk or Orange Juice 😉
Dusting sugar, ice cream, or some sauce / syrup to serve (Optional)
Preparation:
- Combine & Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Then mix in the egg, oil and milk
- Pour content in a coffee mug.
- Microwave for about 1.5 to 2.5min on full power.
Some ways to spice this up:
Serve warm with ICE CREAM <3
Serve topped with chocolate, caramel sauce, anything you fancy
