Mia’s Food Corner: Christmas Cookies Cake Mix
On the hunt for some succulent perfect festive cookies to treat yourself and your family? I have been using this recipe for the past few years and needless to say, it brings Santa Claus to the house simply thanks to the cookies’ delectable taste! Not only are these cookies ridiculously easy to make but, according to Mr. Moyale’s math class, the probability of this recipe succeeding and being a crowd-pleaser is 98 percents! The other 2 percents either comes from you leaving them in the oven for too long as you over-indulge with Christmas music or you finished half the batch yourself before show time.
So let’s get started
What you will need:
- 1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (15.25 oz/ 432g)
- 1 bag Red and Green M&M’s Minis Baking Bits (11 oz/311g)
- 1/2 cup (100g) Vegetable or Canola Oil
- 2 eggs
Let’s do this:

- Stir in M&M’s
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 20 minutes
- While waiting for the dough, heat up the oven at 180°C or 350°F
